hunter. I'll say it again. Remember at Gibson, the fretboard gets fretted before it is glued to the neck. The board cannot be leveled once installed. A PLEK, within parameters set by the operator, tries to level frets. If the board is not level, the PLEK will take frets down until the tops are level. Again depending on the operators program.
